– Issue a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Karen Clothing.

For returns not resulting from an error by Karen Clothing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For approved defective or incorrect items, Karen Clothing will provide a prepaid shipping label or equivalent return arrangement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
