This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the website www.karenclothing.com (“Website”), operated by Karen Market DBA Karen Clothing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders exclusively within the United States of America. We do not offer international shipping, except for shipments to FPO/APO/DPO addresses associated with the U.S. military.

  1. Shipping Carriers

Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). On occasion, we may utilize other reputable carriers such as UPS or similar services at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. The estimated delivery time is typically 2–3 business days following shipment. Including order processing time, customers may expect overall delivery within approximately 3–6 business days.

Karen Clothing is a developing small business, and while delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations and order volume, we are continually striving to improve delivery speed and affordability as the business grows.

  1. Shipping Fees

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout. As our business expands, we intend to introduce additional, more affordable, and expedited shipping options.

  1. Tracking and Delivery

Each order will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped. We ship to P.O. Boxes (U.S. only) and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
A signature upon delivery is not required unless specified by the carrier.

  1. Processing and Handling

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
We may ship orders on weekends and holidays, subject to USPS operating schedules.

All products offered are standard apparel and are not subject to any special handling or shipping restrictions.

  1. International Orders

We do not ship internationally.
Orders addressed to FPO/APO/DPO locations may experience extended delivery times depending on the distance from the continental United States.

  1. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

In the event an order is lost, damaged, or delayed, such cases are covered under our Refund Policy. Customers experiencing issues with shipment delivery should refer to the Refund Policy or contact customer service for assistance.

We offer replacements or refunds in accordance with the provisions of our Refund Policy.

  1. Address Changes and Order Cancellations
  • Address Changes: Customers are not permitted to modify the shipping address once a tracking label has been issued by the carrier.
  • Order Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order only if the product has not yet shipped or a tracking number has not been issued.
